Description: He spun out, but instead of staying still and being predictable to overtake he instead moved and my attempt at trying to dodge him became impossible. In my opinion when u spin out in the middle of the track you should not move since people can get past you easily.

•Alex Smith: Pit lane start/exclusion from qualifying (Reason: Spinning and not letting other drivers pass/ taking them out in the process of rejoining the track)
•Andrey Bortos: 10 Place grid penalty (Reason: Hitting another driver in the breaking zone and spinning them out)

philip crashed 2 ppl out and he got dqed in australia, bortos crashed 2 ppl out and he didnt get dqed, i'm amazed
